Job Description(Opening For Design):
In this position, the candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in the Design Department. Also should have educational qualifications as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company’s Expectations
- Identify the latest technology and trends in e mobility Motors & Motor controller
- Innovate best efficient(in terms of performance & package) motor and controller
- Design & develop motor stator housing, stator winding design, Electrical layout, Rotor design, encoder and suitable inverters involving suppliers and subject matter experts like reputed institutes etc..
- Ideate and design motor & controller electrical components from scratch to proof of concept as per the need of vehicle architecture
- Ensure the motor and controller is Functional safety compliant ( ISO26262)
- 3d model, Basic simulation, packaging
Technical skill set needed:
- Technical know-how of Automobile ( Preferably Truck & Buses)
- Hands-on design experience of PMSM, AC Induction motors & other latest technology motors for electrically propelled vehicles
- Hands-on experience in designing PMSM motors, Motor controllers/inverters etc.
- Good knowledge on High voltage motors, motor components & Multi motor combinations
- Good knowledge on Functional safety & ISO26262 .
- Good knowledge on Motor characteristics and refine design parameters to get desired
