Jayachandran Industries (P) Ltd is an ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environment Management System) & ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) certified company and one of the fasting growing manufacturers and exporters of Automotive Batteries, UPS / Inverter Batteries, Tubular Batteries & SMF VRLA Batteries. Established in the year 2009, the well built facility is located in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, INDIA with current production capacity of 2,00,000 batteries / year (Ref: 12V, 75 Ah Automotive Battery), 1,00,000 batteries (Ref: 12V, 150 Ah Tubular Battery) & 60,000 VRLA batteries (Ref: 12V, 100Ah SMF VRLA)
The facility is built on a 435600 SQ FT (40470 SQ MT which is equivalent to 10 Acres) land to accommodate future expansion of up to (100000 batteries/month). The Management team have more than 30 years of experience in battery & lead (metal) business. With over 1000 employees, JC group’s current sales turnover in lead, battery, plastics & metals business is about 750 crores/year (Approximately: 100 million USD/year).

Job Description :
* Monitoring the given check points as per given QC checksheet.
* Line inspection check
* Maintaining QC records and Log books.
* Controlling Quality parameter as per the given specification.
* Basic knowledge of 7 QC tools.
* Identifying and controlling the non-conformance at every stage.
* Review/troubleshoot SPC data.
* Improving the Quality system with inputs.
