Job Description :
Exemplifying a safety-first mind-set and ensuring compliance with the GKN Aerospace Health, Safety and Environmental policies and standards.
o Creates technical solutions to problems associated with change management on GKN products.
o Utilize root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce/eliminate non-conformances.
o Maintain positive, team relationships with internal customers and co-workers
o Continuously improve production processes by implementing Lean initiatives.
Monitor and support change management activities in handling of standards and configuration.
