Job Description :
Responsible for Customer Quality and Process Quality
Monitor monthly PPM, FTT and kaizen
Do internal audit and close the observation
Good knowledge in PPAP, 8D, QC tools and QC story
Implement poka-yoke in the process to eliminate defects
Monitoring Quality inspector skill Matrix and focus on development of team
Do continuous Quality improvement activities
Complete customer PPAP as per timeline
Following daily KPI and achieve the target.
Meet APQP timeline and address all the failure mode during NPD
Achieve zero customer PPM and Maintain zero warranty PPM
