Job Description :
Design and development of Special purpose Assembly Automation systems and Testing systems.
Validating & arriving at the concepts for designing the above systems.
Examine the technical specification/RFQ to determine the procedures, objectives, test specifications, etc.
Conversion of the design concepts into 3D cad model.
Perform engineering calculations with respect to Strength of materials, Speed, pressure & force and for selection of various standard elements for machines/automation systems.
Produce detail drawings with relevant GD&T and bills of materials for equipment, subassemblies or product.
