Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent from a Central Govt. / State Govt recognized Institution/University in any of the following disciplines:

Process of Selection for BSNL Recruitment 2023:

There are two steps in the choosing procedure.

The first one is 50% recruited directly.

The second one involves 50% of hiring by promotion via a limited internal competition exam (LICE).

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) Score in the disciplines or an open competitive

examination would be used for the Direct Recruitment for the position of JTO.

Candidates’ seniority upon appointment in the JTO (T) cadre will be based on a 60% weighted average of

their respective examination results, such as the Direct Recruitment Examination or LICE, and a 40%

weighted average of their results in the pre-appointment Phase-I training.
