Designation: Associate Engineer
Educational Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
· Relevant work experience required: 2 – 5 years with bachelor’s degree
· Experience in hydraulic systems or components, preferably in mobile hydraulics
· Exposure in handling hydraulic instruments & tools
· Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
· Emphasis on initiative and self-starting tasks

Job Description :
· Ability to provide detailed interpretation of hydraulic schematics and troubleshoot on machine hydraulic systems (BIQ and Line issues)
· Test & Validate hydraulics components in machine level
· Actively support a prototype, pilot, or production build and on-machine hydraulic system test
· Maintain product health by resolving CPI problems using 6 sigma methodology
· Collaborate with the CFT team to support quality goals, process audit of
Suppliers & APQP / PPAP Processes.
· Perform data analysis using outputs of analytical tools and test data
· Perform hyd. Components placement by checking the layout of the whole machine along with an understanding of the hydraulic system/schematic and create concepts to further evaluate and select.
