Job Description :
Quality Chemist will be accountable for all the quality analysis to be done at lab. This role responsible for shift activities including analyze Raw material, Packing material, In-process sample as well as finished goods for locally developed products as per quality plan and standard test methods. Chemist is also responsible for the calibration and standardization of the analytical and Lab scale processing equipment’s and testing solutions. Need to understand and follow all the lab safety requirements, follow the quality standard operation procure without deviation.
- Managing the shift activities and performing the testing of raw material, packing material, intermediates, and finished goods on daily basis. Clear the batches in SAP without delay.
- Co-ordinate with production to collect sample and follow the production process to validate the process and product.
- Verify and validate the testing equipment performance. Co-ordinate with OEM for regular calibration.
- Work together with quality team to maintain the lab as per global standard. Perform 5S on daily basis.
- Support to investigate customer complaint by testing retain sample and share the result to the respective investigators.
