What you’ll achieve
As a Production & Assembly Representative, you will install parts according to the build instructions and testing to ensure proper function per the customer’s system specification and work with the repair team to troubleshoot systems.
You will:
• Receiving the materials in super market system and required parts kitted to be ready for production.
• Feed the defined materials to the line without stoppage.
• Ability to quickly learn PC product assembly skills with best quality.
• Quickly learn and build new products, as and when they are launched.
• Test the PC with interactive test and monitoring .
• Responsible to Packing and stack in FGA.
• Compliance to LEAN and ISO standards.
• Compliance to daily processes, maintaining 6S in their respective locations.

- Deep knowledge on Auto CAD for new & existing line design concept
- Strong understanding of PLC troubleshooting & new program development

- Good understanding of hardware and software system architecture, able to work under time constraint.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization

Interacts with Global team from Operations, Procurement, and other Engineering supporting groups to ensure flawless product introduction and Engineering change management. Ensure accurate Bill of Materials structure for all products to meet regional requirements
You will:
- Responsible of Client Product introduction
- Lead regional team in planning and executing qualification builds, pilot builds and new product ramps
