Job Description :
- Understanding Manufacturing critical issues and solving the problem through problem solving methods.
- Ensuring containment action took in place to ensure Manufacturing running smoothly
- Working closely with RSA team for root cause analysis
- Proving inputs to Design / Supplier team for solving problems
- Working with various Swimlane (CFT) to solve manufacturing BUG’s
- Working with IPQC team to ensure right quality vehicles / Battery building at Factory
- Drive projects to improve Manufacturing KPI
- Working in proactive mode to reduce field issues (1MIS, 3MIS, 6MIS and warrant cost)
- Respond to Manufacturing BUG’s / Field BUG’s putting in containment actions, full analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures
- Act as a point of contact for Manufacturing issues
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Very good knowledge in problem solving (QC tools)
- Excellent leadership and man- management skills
- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
- Ability to understand drawing, Knowledge of sampling plan, inspection & Aesthetic
- Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers etc.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Knowledge of CMM / FARO measurement
