Job Description :
Assistant Manager ( Civil/Electrical/Mechanical ) :
- B.E. /B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Civil/ Elect./Mechanical (min 55% marks).
- AM (Finance) : CA/ICWA/ MBA (Fin) with min. 55% marks in graduation
- Min. 2 yrs. Post qualification executive experience.
Manager Gr.II ( Civil/Electrical/Mechanical ) :
- B.E. /B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Civil/ Elect./Mechanical (min 55% marks).
- Manager Gr.II (Finance): CA/ICWA/ MBA (Fin) with min. 55% marks in graduation.
- Manager Gr. II (IT) : B.E. (Comp/IT)/MCA or its equivalent (Minimum 55% marks).
- Min. 4 yrs. Post qualification executive experience.
Sr. Manager :
- Civil-Design : B.E. /B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Civil (min 55% marks).
- Architecture : Bachelour of Architecture (B.Arch) degree (5 years duration) from Govt. recognized Institute/University (Min. 55% marks ).
- HR : 2-Years’ Post Graduate Diploma/MBA (Personnel Management/HR)/ MSW (Minimum 55% marks).
- Company Secretary : ACS with Graduation (Min 55%marks in Graduation).
- Min. 9 yrs. Post qualification executive experience.
Salary Details :
- Assistant Manager : Rs. 40,000/- per month + Applicable House rent Allowance
- Manager Gr.II : Rs. 50,000/- per month + Applicable House rent Allowance
- Sr. Manager : Rs. 70,000/- per month + Applicable House rent Allowance.
