Designation: Testing Engineer – Calibration
Educational Qualifications:
- To perform powertrain calibration for alternate fuel (CNG/LPG) to achieve the performance & emission targets by understanding the air flow models and ignition timing optimization.
- To perform powertrain calibration meeting OBD-II legislation requirements & drivability requirements on different vehicle platforms.
- Detailed knowledge in electronic fuel injection calibration tools like INCA etc.
- “Required skill for environmental calibration [High altitude calibration, seal level calibration, cold/hot start calibration, etc. ]”
- Maintain records of testing, calibration & preparing technical reports.

Design Engineer (3D)
Hosur Plant, Tamil Nadu, India
Fresher / Experience
| 1. Management of the design of low voltage vehicle EE architecture and integration of vehicle EE components on various development stages. 2. Implement requirements as received from the Systems Team 4. Review and approve vehicle packaging of EE components on the Chassis and Powertrain. 5. Participate and conduct assembly and serviceability study of vehicle EE components. 6. Review and participate on DFMEA, proprietary part DFMEA, process capability and design reviews. 7. Participation and support on communication tools development for manufacturing and servicing of products. 8. Run test simulations, failure analysis investigations, and EMC compliance of products. 9. Usage of PLM tools for managing D&D activities as per QSP. |
