Job Description :

In this Position candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in CAD Design Department. Also should have educational qualification as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company Expectation

Expertise in sheet metal process development, die design & simulation knowledge on Stamping core parts.
As per Ford GPDS Program scale each gateway need to deliver multiple CAD iteration of the following activities as per Ford standards and SPL’s guidelines in Catia environment.
- Draw development (Surface development)
- 3D Process development for all stages
- NC Model development for all stages
- STL/Scan data conversion into Catia file for Virtual PIST validation
Should have hands on experience on the BIW core stamping parts (Ex. Hood, Lift/Tail gate, Door outer’ s/Inners, Body side outer, Rear Floor, Front floor, Wheel house inner, Dash panel, Body side inner, Sunroof & Fender)
