The GMC Hummer EV along with multiple other models will be built in our hometown at our Detroit-Hamtramck assembly plant, where we just announced a $2.2 billion investment.

- Create / update VOT (Virtual Operator Training) through Vizendo application for all new GM program as per the launch team & content of the program.
- Coordinate VOT module development project with stake holder and deliver VOT content to program team as per program content.
- Execute Static, Dynamic Simulation study and Virtual Build activity.
- Drive process excellence metrics like 100% First Time Quality, 100% On time delivery, 95% Efficiency, 85% Project Utilization by adhering to standardized work
- Drive continuous process improvement within the team
- Represent GA simulation in the appropriate forums. Participate in global product development working calls & team meetings.
- Capture and share lessons learned within the team
- Enhance team’s capabilities by bringing in innovation
Knowledge :
- Working knowledge of GA process, vehicle Structure, Equipment & material handling systems.
- Working knowledge in Technomatic Process Simulate, Teamcenter, MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge of PLM Structures, Methodology & interface with manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of the automotive new product development process (GxDP & GLP)
