Job Description :
- Developing electrical circuits as per the requirements of Machine specification and functions, customization as per the customer requirements.
- Development of electrical circuits in Autocad- 2D and drafting.
- GA Layouts in Autocad – 3D models
- Selection of electrical components as per the standards and requirements.
- Technical evaluation of components based on specification.
- Commercial evaluation of the components and comparison with competitors.
- Component sample evaluation and testing.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Localization: Identifying the imported components and localizing the same for cost control and eliminating the import to reduce the lead time.Cost Reduction Activities: Cost reduction by material substitution, alternate supplier, in-house development, and indigenizationPreparation of BOM in SAP for complete system and release to internal customers.Technical clarification for overall Electrical design of the product.Co-ordination for Proto Assembly at shop-floor and Testing.Study and analyze ECR, the release of ECNs, and implementing the same.Prepare & update records for ISO.Activities specified as part of the KPIs with relevant targets and weightage shall be performed and recorded on OPEL tool/data sources connected to the KPIs periodically
