Qualification : Graduate/postgraduate
Experience : 0-5 years
Salary – 2,00,000 – 4,00,000 P.A.
Location : Chennai.
Job Description :
- Proven track record in meeting targets and SLAs.
- Knowledge in MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Results / Target driven
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
- Team Player
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Adaptable to a changing environment & flexible with regard to working patterns
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- NIGHT Shift is MUST
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly targets and SLA
- Regular communication to Team Leader
- Robust escalation process.
- Resilient under pressure and ability to quickly adapt to unforeseen work demands.
- A committed approach to teamwork.
Other Details :
Work Location: Navalur, Chennai
Shift Timings: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Complete Night Shift)
