  4. Establish part traceability system in association with SQA and SCM
  5. Establishment of testing  facility
  6. Process establishment at supplier end
  7. Preparation of Quality and control plan for supplier parts
  8. Warranty life fixing for critical parts
  9. Resolving customer complaints

Purpose of the Role

  1. Reduce customer complaints due to supplier parts
  2. Reduce AFR and COPQ
  3. Reduce NPD DPM for identified products
  4. TQM Implementation for QA functions
