- Annual validation of parts
- Establishment of 3C containers for supplier parts
- Establish part traceability system in association with SQA and SCM
- Establishment of testing facility
- Process establishment at supplier end
- Preparation of Quality and control plan for supplier parts
- Warranty life fixing for critical parts
- Resolving customer complaints
Purpose of the Role
- Reduce customer complaints due to supplier parts
- Reduce AFR and COPQ
- Reduce NPD DPM for identified products
- TQM Implementation for QA functions
