- MIA Product Quality Enhancement
- Benchmarking with the Mia product line brands and arrive at new concepts
- Development and Implementation of new concepts
- Analysis and validation of CAPA for Market and customer returns
- Connect with the brand team and work to implement their requirements by coordinating with key stakeholders.
- New concept development and introduction
- RPT reduction from the CAPA taken
- Failure analysis for High-return designs
- Implement new concepts or components
- Creation and revision of standards
2. MIA Proto Quality Enhancement
- Carrying out 3 stage audit – PDIS, Ghat and Proto at Hosur
- Centrally responsible for photos at all the regions
- Monitoring the performance of new collections proto developments
- Co-ordinate with the design team and NPD team for the right quality proto approval
- 3-stage audit adherence
- Monitoring the daily proto performance across regions – collection-wise
- 100% 3-stage audit adherence
- High-quality rejections in the stage
3. MIA proto to bulk quality enhancement
- Collecting the collection’s proto-quality feedback from NPIM display through close interaction with the Design team
- Feedback to be incorporated in proto as well as bulk
- Cascading the critical Quality feedback to the QC/QA bulk team to ensure the right proto-to-bulk consistency
