- Line Management ( PLC, Robot, Drop lifter, Servo system, Sealer,
Electro monorail system, Linear systems)
- Preventive Maintenance scheduling , Planning & Execution
- Troubleshooting knowledge & Attending breakdown maintenance
- Equipment spares management , Stock room inventory knowledge
- Knowledge in ERP system usage (preferably SAP)
- Repeated Problem analysis & Action plan for elimination
- One Point Lesson & Trouble shooting Guide Preparation
- Spares Repair & Servicing
- Knowledge in monitoring MTTR & MTBF
