This Junior Executive – Logistics position will be based in Bangalore and it will be responsible for managing the defective pickup and deliveries for Repair and Return.

- To manage the Defective Pickup and Deliveries from WH for Repair and Return.
- Compile the Daily Pickup and Delivery status reports.
- Follow-up with couriers for Over Due Pickup and Deliveries.
- Create Pickup request, AWB & E Waybill for pickups.
- Identify the low performing lanes and rotate couriers to improve the performance.
- Share data for weekly and monthly meeting with customers.
- Respond all mails from internal and external customers regarding Logistics.
- Take care of the dedicated vehicle movement from Flex to Customer and back.
