- Monthly supplier PPM updation
- Supplier rejection clearance daily basis
- Supplier audits , supplier counter measure and monitoring
- New source approval and verification
- Document preparation & Control related to 5 Star at supplier end.
- SQ Mark Audit
- Layout inspection and revalidation report monitoring
- New and 4M change ISAR Approval
- Implementing POKE YOKE at Supplier end
- Zero PPM supplier Improvement verification
- Supplier containment action effectiveness monitoring.
- Gauge and instruments Daily verification check
