Infosys Walk-in Drive 2023
Job Description ( Infosys Walk-in Drive 2023 ) :
Graduation with 15-year full-time education is mandatory; candidates must have degree completion certificates with complete mark sheets. No undergraduates.
Excellent communication skills CEFR:: B1, C1, C2.
Work experience on Service Desk with good knowledge of VPN, O365, remote support, active directory, troubleshooting printer issues, Bit locker, M.S. teams, BSOD, BitLocker, driver installation, Printer, and wifi troubleshooting.
Experience with Service Now, Remedy, Control M, or similar ticketing tools with 0 ticket priority and severity knowledge.
Knowledge of Service requests and incidents and should be able to communicate the difference between Service Requests and Incidents.
Knowledge of Incident Management lifecycle.
Aware of current role SLA and Metrics handled.
Talents should be based out of Bangalore or Pune.
