Job Description(Instrumentation Engineering Job):
In this position, the candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in Instrumentation Department. Also should have educational qualifications as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company’s Expectations
- All instruments are to be calibrated as per the ISO standards (ISO-17025 )
- Continuous monitoring of all the CCPs and OPRP equipments / instruments.
- Focus on continuous operation and maintenance activity in the plant.
- Prepare PM schedule and follow the PM activity as per the schedule.
- Installation and commissioning of field instruments like Temperature , pressure, conductivity, pH, flow , level sensors and performing their calibration
- Making changes in HMI and PLC program
- Maintenance of PLC control panels, Motor operated valves, pneumatic operated Gates and solenoid operated valves
- Basic Trouble shoot of PLC and SCADA systems (Allen Bradley, Honeywell, Siemens, and delta make)
- Limit setting for actuators of valves (samson, Rotex, dembla)
