Designation: HR Analytics Specialist
Educational Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years + experience in similar role
- A good hands-on knowledge of SAP and other cloud based HRMS Solutions is a must
- SAP / Cloud based HRMS is a must
- Examine trends and patterns in data and recommend policies and initiatives for optimizing HR productivity and enhancing stakeholder experience

Job Description :
Responsible for handling HR master Data in SAP. A good hands-on knowledge of SAP and other cloud based HRMS Solutions is a must.
Enable a data centric ecosystem by ensuring data hygiene, data cleansing, real time data transfer between platforms.
Support in implementing BI Platform – Tableau and help in creation of dashboards in Tableau.
Implementing relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
Reduce chaos by automating reports, dashboards, status updates / alerts etc.
Examine trends and patterns in data and recommend policies and initiatives for optimizing HR productivity and enhancing stakeholder experience.
