Educational Qualifications:
Education: Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Management), Supply Chain or Logistics is required or any appropriate work experience.
Experience: 3- 5 years Pharmaceutical and/or low to high-volume Consumer Goods industry experience or experience with a global logistics services provider.
Project Management experience/skills, change management skills, Vendor management skills, People skills to work cross functionally
Good computer literacy (MS office, Transportation Management / Optimization Tools, SAP MM/SD modules, etc.)
Ability to handle situations of high pressure (critical shipments) and quick decision making
Ability to work autonomously as well as in teams, including leading multi-functional and geographically dispersed project teams
Languages: English (Business Proficient). Other language skills are nice to have
Strong analytical skills – Ability to work with a lot of variables and data and synthesize to drive management decision making
Take ownership of all the Exports & import of samples / materials across Pfizer network , third part analysis labs and CMO’s
Monitor shipping sites performance, adherence to logistics delivery processes, standards and compliance
Manage external logistics provider “control towers” to ensure required objectives / outcomes are achieved
Leverage Logistics Platform Solutions tools capabilities related to financial management, operations KPI’s, planning and optimization, and visibility processes.
Understand and communicate to all stakeholders’ future service and cost impacts resulting from changes in market conditions, network changes, product volume / mix changes, mode changes, etc.
Real time shipment intervention and ensuring follow up actions with transportation suppliers are actioned against predefined playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures.
Own and lead Continuous improvement initiatives (Change Ambassador)
