Job Description(Logistics Coordinator Jobs):
In this position, the candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in _ Department. Also, they should have educational qualifications as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company’s Expectations.
- Responsible for planning and executing the packing Operations
- Ensuring compliance with the customer requirements/Procedures
- Updating the Progress and plan on the activities going on
- Responsible for Optimum utilization of resources
- Planning and coordinating the procurement of the materials required for Painting and packing in line with the monthly plant target
- Co-ordination with Customer representatives for the Packing Inspections of the Products
- Executing the Dispatches with co-ordination with Sales / Contracts / Customer
- Creation and submission of Packing related reports in a periodic manner
- Coordinate with transporter and customer for POD Submission.
- Coordination with the Sales team to complete the packing list generation,
- Digitalization in Transport & Packing.
- Coordination with Packing Wooden case vendors for Smooth receipt.
- Purchase activity of Wooded case and packing Consumables.
- Logistics Bill Processing
