Job Description :
• Experience in design & development of structural components
• Prepare requirement specification for tool development, technical purchase specification, Risk assessment and FMEA
• Prepare requirement specification for process development, Process Risk assessment and Process-FMEA
• Prepare verification procedures and test reports for tools and processes
• Preparing user manuals and work instructions for service technicians
• Knowledge on tools, jigs & fixtures is preferable.
• Experience in PDM system like Windchill, etc
• Proficient in CAD software preferably Creo.
• Knowledge in welding, surface treatment, GD&T and sheet metal.
• Experience in manual calculations.
• Knowledge in wind turbine is added advantage
