Job Description :
Documents periodic maintenance activities in Plant Sheet (Check sheets)
Ensures the highest level of efficiency in each of the activities related to plant maintenance
Responsible for adhering to the planned maintenance activities/schedule
Ensures zero breakdown / avoids recurrence of breakdown of machines / tools etc.
Attains the target MTTR / MTBF (Mean Time to repair and Mean Time between failure) for all production machines
Identifies and performs Root cause analysis for breakdown and finds the methods to fix it and communicates the same to manager
Prepares tentative standards for daily maintenance checklist for operations team (has to be reviewed by manager) and is responsible for correcting errors, if any
Responsible for implementing highest levels of TPM Standards
Identifies improvements for machines / maintains the process flow and prepares kaizen and inform improvement need to manager
