Job Description :
1. Perform both static and dynamic simulations and analysis of different systems in-vehicle including the body, exterior and interior to avoid squeak and rattle and give the customer a solid feeling of the car.
2. Responsible for building the system & vehicle level FE Modelling in Hypermesh required for squeak and Rattle simulation. Typical systems involved are mentioned below;
a) Cockpit Module b) Closure Assembly c) Full Trimmed vehicle
3. You will propose improvements and drive necessary change together with involved design areas.
4. You have to be involved in all project phases, from Advanced Engineering to vehicle production start, and with field and quality issues, contributing with analysis and guidelines to improve our attributes in our SUV’s.
5. Worked on felxible connections modelling know the tricks & techniques.
6. Should be able to handle large complex FE models required for preparing & pre-processing it for simulation.
