Designation: Senior Design Engineer -Creo
B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
4 to 8 years of relevant experience in design and developement of system
Working Knowledge of structural design CAD( Creating 3D models and manufacture drawings )experience in PEA analysis is preferred
Working Experience with manufacturing processes
Good at hand calucalation of the design
Basic Understanding of DFMEA and identifying relevant product sizes
Identifying the suitable material, creating EBOM,DFM/DFA
Experience in latest engineering design and methods, tools and processes
Working knowledge of IEC 60601 Standard is preferred

Experience : 2 – 3 Years
Proficient Tool – CREO
Assembly, Modelling & Detailing (Top down approach & Bottom up approach)
Sheet metal Design Modelling & Detailing
Surface modelling
Able to work in Complex Casting part modelling & experienced in working with Crank case, Cylinder head, Crank Shaft, Connecting rod, Manifold.
PLM & PDM knowledge
Manufacturing knowledge
GD&T knowledge
Good Communication knowledge
Software Developer
Proficient in Core Java and Servlets.
Proficient in Web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Excellent understanding and writing queries in SQL-Analyse existing SQL queries for performance improvements
Good programming knowledge in C and solid understanding of object-oriented programming in C++/.Net – Optional
