CFD Thermal analysis Engineer
Job Responsibilities
– Build, Run, Evaluate, Investigate and propose solutions/counter measures methodology for full vehicle Underhood thermal 3D CFD simulations
– Interact with globally distributed technical teams.
– Responsible for quality as well as timelines for the assigned task
– Project planning & execution and results evaluation & delivery
– Ensure the fulfillment of all applicable guidelines, regulations and compliance measures
A candidate should
– have a good understanding of fluid dynamics/Heat transfer fundamentals
– be skilled in computational fluid-dynamics (CFD using commercially available tools)
– have excellent oral/written/graphic communication skills
Added advantage
– a good understanding of theoretical or experimental fluid dynamics
– a good understanding of numerical optimization techniques
Powertrain-DES-Simulation Engineer
Qualification Required:
B.Tech/B.E. – Mechanical, Industrial engineer
Relevant Experience Required:6 to 8 years
1. Experience in creating material flow simulation, Throughput simulation, Bottleneck analysis, Resource optimization, Inventory reduction and optimization
2.Experience in Automotive field project specially in Powertrain, Assembly and production.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Create Simulation model as per given input (Layout, operational parameter, conditions ,etc..) in software
2. Simulation run, experiments and analysis
3. Prepare presentation for key results, analysis and strategy recommendation
Education : B-tech / M-tech Mechanical Engineering.
