The MRF story is a truly fascinating one. What started as a rubber balloon factory with a funding of Rs.14, 000 way back in the 40’s is now a multibillion legacy that produces quality tyres used all around India & internationally along with a presence in paints & coats, toys, motorsports and cricket training
MRF’s origin traces back to the humble shack in Madras that housed its first makeshift toy balloon manufacturing unit set up by KM Mammen Mappillai in 1946. It was not until 1952 when it changed course and turned to tread rubber manufacturing. Thus began its glorious reign as the undisputed leader in the tread rubber industry.

Educational Qualifications:
- Qualification: BSc & MSc ( 2022 Passing out candidates)
- BSc (Preferably Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Statistics), MSc (Preferably Chemistry, Statistics)
- Aggregate Percentage: Minimum 60% up to last semester.
- No active Arrears / Backlogs. Candidates those who have active Arrears/Backlogs (including written Arrears/Backlogs exam but results not published) are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates should be ready to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
- Candidates should be open for posting at any of our manufacturing plants located in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Telangana, Goa and Gujarat.

A. Production / Supervisor(BSc – Specified Streams )
- Planning materials for achieving the Daily production target.
- Allocation of Roles & Responsibilities for the Employees & Junior staffs.
- Supervising workers and ensuring that targets are met
- Ensure Full utilization of Man & Machine to achieve pre set production targets.
- Completing and maintaining Production records as and when batches are over.
B. Quality Assurance / Supervisor(BSc [Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Statistics], MSc [Statistics])
- Product audit, Process audit, dock audits
- Customer Complaint Analysis and problem solving using 7 QC tools.
- Line return analysis, Reducing the line return.
- Maintaining records and quantifiers for ISO.
- Maintaining quality records in SAP.
C. Plant or Corp Technical / Supervisor(BSc [Chemistry, Physics], MSc [Chemistry])
- Testing of Raw Materials, Chemicals and products.
- Handling of new products development on the shop floor.
- Handling equipment’s like micro scope, image analyser, hardness tester.
- Product Design, Design Intend, Component Design.
