Job Description :

In this Position candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in Accounts & Finance Department. Also should have educational qualification as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company Expectation

Project:

Partner with the Projects Team for preparation and validation of Project Budgets (including opex during projects phase)
Preparation of Approval notes for the proposed Budgets
Track the purchase orders issued against the approved items and seek approval
Weekly / Monthly rolling forecasts against the proposed budgets and fresh budget requirements if any
Participate in the negotiations of the Project items (Capex & Opex)

Production Phase:

Preparation of Annual operating plan and Monthly Business plan of the entire plant by partnering with all the cross functional teams at the plant and Corporate office (Production, Maintenance, HR, Quality, Sourcing etc)
Preparation of the monthly P&L and Cash flow forecasts and analysis of the same vs the Budget/Monthly Plan
Monthly MIS on the expenses of the plant with the lowest details
