Job Description(Paint Company Jobs):
In this position, the candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in _ Department. Also should have educational qualifications as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company’s Expectations.
a) Planning and scheduling of day to day activities depending on the previous shift jobs.
b) Deploying workmen the activities
c) Inspecting the RM / FG / Intermediates
d) Conduct random inspections
e) Undertaking RCA on recurring deviations and initiating and effect necessary preventive actions.
f) Coordinating with the stakeholders to ensure quality.
g) Ensuring the proper maintenance of IMS documents
h) Ensuring the calibration of the testing instruments
i) Ensuring the availability of chemicals for testing.
j) Ensuring dispatch of TCs along with all consignments.
k) Contribute in MDT and ME practices implementation and sustenance.
l) Ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of various instruments like Color Computer, Viscometers, and Hegman Gauges etc.
m) Conducting other tests as per the frequency recommended. Analyze deviations and inform Technical
Function for further necessary actions.
n) Analyzing trends in the deviations of the batches and raising DCR’s for necessary modifications
o) Support in customer complaint analysis
p) Support in implementing the safety management system and environment management system.
