Piping Designer
4 – 13 Years
- Prepare piping design sketches as required by fieldwork walk downs, locate tie-ins and measurements.
- Check piping design drawing of vendor drawing.
- Complete isometric drawings and piping layout as needed.
- Ensure to complete pipe component and run detailed drawings in Auto Cad (2D software) and
- Review project parameters related to piping requirements.
- Develop preliminary Bills of Materials with respect to piping design.
- Perform with civil or structural along with stress departments to assure suitable flexibility and assist piping systems.
- Familiar with 2D environment and 3D environment added advantage.
- Familiar with Brown filed projects in Oil and gas.

Job Description :
Project Control Engineer
6 – 13 Years
- Provide overall project cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, change management support and expertise.
- Prepare and manage the Project schedule and cost throughout the project life cycle including collecting the information, analysis of trends and reporting, budgeting, prepare forecasts, opportunities, and vulnerabilities.
- Fully understand the scope of the project, contractual requirements, identify the major milestones and set clear priorities for the project team.
- Prepare cost and schedule estimates for various milestone reviews.
- Development and maintenance of project controls related plans and procedures
- Participate in EPC meetings to ensure common understanding of project controls requirements.
- Subcontractors’ management and monitoring and appraising the performance of the subcontractor in the areas of cost control, progress measurement, cost corrective actions and recovery plans and making sure needed action plans are implemented.
- Participate in gathering and recording lessons learned for the project.
- Participate in project close-out activities.
Process Engineer
6 – 13 Years
- Working on Basic, FEED or detailed engineering design complied with project requirements.
- Develop broad and professional process engineering competencies to provide future engineering capacity with process group
- Accountable for successful completion of assigned engineering tasks and preparation of process engineering documents
- Performing design activities assigned by Process Lead Engineer
- Preparing process equipment and instrument related documents for project requirement within a given time frame
- Working with information, checking for accuracy of documents
- Refer to technical manuals and prepare process deliverables
- Understanding the required outcomes of a particular procedures
- Providing design inputs to drafting
- Review design documents / drawings prepared by the design team
- Keep up to date with new developments of standards, process soft-wares, procedures and implement it to the day to day work
- Together with the process team develop sizing calculations for Process equipment (Pumps, Heat Exchangers, distillation columns, compressors, separators, reactors etc.) and provide information in the form of equipment data sheet
- Perform line size calculations
- Perform hydraulic calculations
- Perform necessary pump NPSH calculations
- Work in compliance with all safety rules and regulations
- Prepare process specifications, drawings (PFD, P&ID’s etc.) and process deliverables.
Electrical Designer
5 – 15 Years
- Prepare the documents like Key SLD, cable schedule, lighting layout, Earthing and cable routing along with BOM and lightning protection layout as per scope.
- Perform lighting calculation using Dialux, Chalmlite, Luxicon or Agi32
- Equipment Modelling, cable trays, lighting Fixtures, etc. using PDMS/PDS/SP3D/E3D, including extraction of 2D drawings from model
- Prepare/review Single line diagrams, block diagrams, Wiring diagrams, 2D layouts, switch yard deliverables, etc. in AutoCAD / MicroStation
- MTO extraction for bulks from 3D model
- Prepare and develop arrangements and detail conceptual, FEED, studies, and detail design drawings per project specifications
- Develop 3D models and ensure clash free with all other disciplines.
- Evaluate the vendor offer technically to ensure the offer as per requirements and review the vendor drawings.
- Support site for execution of EI works and fabrication support.
