Job Description(Latest Job Vacancy in TVS):
In this Position candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in Production Planning Department. Also should have educational qualification as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company Expectation
- Implement M/C & process FMEA actions derived as per guidelines.
- Conduct machine, jigs & fixtures inspection as per Inspection check sheets and part inspection as per drawings.
- Install and commission machine, other equipment’s as per layout.
- Conduct trials and prove the equipment/ cell through Process Capability & Process verification trials/ Process performance studies for QCD targets (machine capability, SMS, scrap cost etc.).
- Prepare stage drawings, TMOS, Gauge list, Tool list, Auto cycle diagram, characteristic matrix, poka-yoke list, appearance approval report, raise MHR, etc. and train operators.
- Create Rate routing with proper inputs for SMM, consumable list and linkage with FMEA.
- Carry out alpha, beta and QP trials as per QCPC & Timeline and capacity proving activities, record concerns and countermeasures with learnings and ensure standardization.
