Job Description :
- Ensure to set up blade manufacturing process during Ramp Up stages
- Responsible for the shift production targets as per the plan
- Ensure availability of Manpower, Materials, Tools & Equipements for production to meet production targets
- Ensure HSE & Quality standards as per Nordex requirement.
- Responsible for LEAN & 5s in shopfloor areas
- Ensure the effectiveness on cost of production, elimination of cost of poor quality.
- Responsible to upkeep all records related to production
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Good communication skills in English
- Know and share the Nordex Values and the Mission.
- Motivation to achieve all the goals
