Job Description(Quality Analyst Job):
In this position, the candidate should have Knowledge / minimal experience in the Quality Department. Also should have educational qualifications as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company’s Expectations
- The global warranty and data analytics engineer will support the development and execution of core processes associated to the global warranty system.
- The engineer will help identify gaps, countermeasures, and continual improvement initiatives to ensure compliance and enhancement to all Ride Performance internal and external customer warranty requirements, e.g., IATF 16949, CQI-14, VDA, etc…
- Capability to manage large complex customer Data Modeling / Analytics to draw actionable insights and conclusions.
- Develop, evaluate, and apply predictive warranty performance models & predictive warranty financial models.
- Set up alerts and dashboards to monitor warranty performance.
- To create Global Customer Warranty Requirements (Top 10) – Awareness & communication.
- Assist in developing standard reporting formats including but not limited to, part analysis, customer performance metrics, regional BU council meetings, etc.
- Assist in developing regional and global warranty management reporting decks for regularly occurring performance communication.
- Assist in developing processes that align and integrate the regional warranty teams with the global data analytics team to ensure seamless and regularly occurring two-way communication.
- Support regional warranty and customer business unit teams to address complex and/or complicated corrective actions, cost avoidance and recovery efforts.
