Job Description :
→ Resolving problems in incoming material inspection, in-process, final inspection and testing & dispatch section.
→ Reviewing NC in IMI, in-process, FI & T and dispatch sections and suggesting for CAPA.
→ Visiting to supplier for supplier evaluation and making reports.
→ Preparation of QAP for customers as per PO, data sheet & specifications.
→ Conducting internal audit and process audits and suggesting management for improvements
→ Involved in new product manufacturing and design validation.
→ Approving different products QAP/ITP.
→ Welding inspection of pressure vessels, structures and pipelines.
→ Products compiling with approved drawings, QAP, ITP, data sheet & specifications.
→ Product type test certification witness like life cyclic tests, fire safe, cryogenic etc.
→ Foundry visits and pouring witness – chemical, mechanical & impact testing.
