Position : Quality Assurance Engineer
Location : Chennai – Tamilnadu

Qualification : Diploma/B.E (Metallurgy)
Roles and Responsibilities
- In LDD Heat treatment shop ensure the process /Procedures needed to follow and maintain Quality management system requirements. Maintain Quality documents and Records as per the system. Ensure Internal quality audits corrective actions are implemented timely and effective.
- At Heat treatment shop conduct in-process Inspection to achieve Quality performance Indicators/targets. (Minimise LDD Heat treatment rejections in PPM).Daily communication to superiors about the No Good components.
- Create awareness of customer requirements throughout the Heat treatment shop by following Quality plan/ Quality control process spec sheet.
- Identify and raise the rejection note on non conforming material . Move the No good material to NCC area to eliminate the mixup with Good material.
- Ensure Calibrated Inspection measuring and Test equipments are used and calibrate the IMTE periodically in co-ordination with External agency.
- Conducting product audit and process audit as per the given annual Plan.
