Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure consistent and reliable product performance.
- Conducting comprehensive inspections and tests of mechanical components and systems to identify defects or non-conformance.
- Collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to address quality issues and prevent future occurrences.
- Analyzing data and trends to identify patterns and root causes of quality problems.
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of quality control processes and procedures.
- Training and mentoring team members on quality control best practices and techniques.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a deep understanding of quality control principles and methodologies. You should also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with exceptional attention to detail.

Job Description(Quality Engineer):
In this position, the candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in Quality Department. Also should have educational qualifications as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company’s Expectations
Ø Ensuring establishment of IATF 16949:2016 standard requirements in the organisation, conducting periodic audits and working on continual improvement
Ø Ensuring establishment of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standard requirements in organisation, conducting periodic audits and working on continual improvement
Ø Conducting Process, Product and System audits as per the plan. Reporting the audit findings, ensuring timely closure of observations and monitor effectiveness of actions implemented
Ø Coordinated with external auditors during certification audits for IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and ensured closure of NC reports identified during audit on time.
Ø Ensuring and conducting Management Review meeting once in 6 months for IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
Ø Coordinating with customers during 5 Star Audit, Safety critical audits and other audits as per audit schedule. Ensuring timely closure of observations and monitor effectiveness of actions implemented
Ø Provide refreshment and awareness periodically as per training plan to the employees and staff about the QMS & EHS systems
