Job Description :
- Ensure Quality of Danfoss and externally produced finished products
- Facilitating customer and supplier complaint handling process
- Leading the Root Cause Problem Solving analysis within international and interdisciplinary team
- Support Sales and Application Engineers in improving customer experience
- Proactively identify and addressing the risks related to product, processes and suppliers
- Assuring quality in New Product Development projects
- Leading Change Control process
- Leading Supplier PPAP process
- Handling supplier requests of waivers
