We are continuously hiring Mechanical Design Engineers to join our team.
You will work with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and scientists to design components, assemblies, and processes for the Robotics, Automation, Semiconductor and Medical industries. You will apply your knowledge and experience of mechanical engineering and design, to proof-of-concept experiments, new product development, and product enhancements.
- Experience
Minimum requirements include:- Experience in 3-D solid modeling, Inventor, Solidworks, Creo etc.
- Experience in conceptualizing innovative and creative designs.
- Proven ability to deliver high quality product designs.
- Participation in developing requirements and designing to them.
- Demonstrated innovation and creativity in a fast paced, global environment.
- Ability to work with senior engineers to understand and solve complex design challenges as part of a larger design team.
- Possess working knowledge of GD&T.
- Experience with multiple manufacturing processes (i.e. casting, molding, machining, injection molding, etc.)Minimum Requirements:

Mechanical Design Engineer Intern
Location: Bangalore
The right intern will have the opportunity to apply their classroom experience with real world projects that impact RAAD Systems’ businesses and products.
As a Mechanical Design Engineer Intern, you will work with the Design engineering team to design and develop mechanical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Component design, including sheet metal, small machined parts, small injection molded parts.
Thermal, structural, and modal analysis using FEA tools
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design, implement and test platforms to integrate into a larger system.
Ability to identify best vendors for parts and materials.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
Fresh graduates and/or 1+ year experience
Excellent knowledge of tools such as Inventor, AutoCad, Matlab

Network Administrator
Location: Bangalore
We are looking for a Network Administrator to maintain a reliable, secure and efficient data communications network. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation.
Responsibilities
- Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade in house network and servers.
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
- Keep an eye out for needed updates
- Support and administer third-party applications
- Ensure network security and connectivity
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
- Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Resolve problems reported by end user
- Define network policies and procedures
- Specify system requirements and design solutions
- Research and make recommendations on server system administration
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in a network administrator role
- Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching

Embedded Software Programmer
Location: Bangalore
We are looking for a professional Embedded Software Engineer to execute complete embedded software development lifecycle. The goal is to create scalable and optimized software systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment
- Design, develop, code, test and debug system software
- Review code and design
- Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources
- Integrate and validate new product designs
- Support software QA and optimize I/O performance

Requirements
- Proven working experience in software engineering

- Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review

Stores Administrator
Location: Bangalore
A Stores Administrator is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing supplies and products within the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining incoming and outgoing supplies/parts for the Company.
Maintaining and updating records.
- Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
- Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
- Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment or merchandise.
- Compiling balance, price and cost reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- 2+ years experience in inventory control.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work extended hours.
Embedded Systems Engineer (more of electrical engineering side)
Location: Bangalore
Contract basis for a period of 6 months which might extend depending on the projects and the performance of the candidate:
Experience:
- 2 years Hands-on work with microcontrollers, microprocessors, DAC, ADC, logic gates, including schematic capture, PCB layout and routing design, prototyping, hardware debug and support for software debug;
- Familiarity with designing logic circuits – TTL and CMOS;
- Excellent knowledge of EDA tools – Orcad, Allegro, Circuit Studio, KiCadGood knowledge of circuit theory including passive components such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, transformers;
- Desirable: experience with power electronics including switch mode power supplies, solid state relays, etc.
- Ability and experience in thorough engineering documentation and handover for production;
- Desirable: familiarity with ECO process;
- Basic knowledge of embedded C programming.
- Desirable: hands-on experience in embedded C programming for 16 bit and 32 bit microcontrollers.
- Very Good communicator and should be capable of independently handling project and initiate customer and vendor discussions.
- Preferred: Valid USA Visa.
