Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance)
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer for Factory Maintenance. Primary role is to manage Maintenance activities of all Mechanical systems in Special-Purposed Food Processing Machinery and maintenance of general utilities viz. Boiler, Refrigeration plant / Air compressors operations. Sound proficiency required in Mechanical Systems viz. Separation/ joining of Materials, Kinematics of machines, Prime movers, Pumps, Components of mechanical power transmission, Steam/Vacuum/Thermal systems, Refrigeration cycle & components and Reliabilility Engineering concepts. Only relevant profiles will be shortlisted.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring all maintenance activities as per stipulated Maintenance Programs
- Preparation and modification of Maintenance programs as per operations requirement
- Ensuring 100% Availability of machines to support and meet production targeted volumes.
- Co ordination in preparing Project and Non Project planning activities as and when required
- Co ordination in supervising and implementing Project and Non project works
- Supporting customer departments in achieving yearly targets on KPIs viz. cost-reduction, uptime %, O.E.E. (PRS & Non PRS targets)
- Continuous improvement activities with O.E.E. targets.
- Active participation in implementing systems like TPM/ISO 9001/14001/45001 etc
- Guiding all reportees in their day to day work
- Preparation of skill gap analysis for direct reportees and ensuring training for the same
- To keep watch on spares by taking monthly stock of the same
- To observe GMP in Maintenance dept by daily cleaning and maintaining the Fork lift Dept clean and tidy
Desired Candidate Profile:
- D.M.E. (Basic & 12 years experience) / B.E. (Preferred & 8 years experience) in Mechanical Engineering (Higher grades/Proficiency certification will be given added preference).
- Proven experience as Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in reputed organization.
- Sound knowledge in Mechanical Engineering areas as given above
- Candidates with Professional certifications (Specialized skillset/Preventive, Autonomous Maintenance/TPM/TQM/Six Sigma/Reliability/O.E.M. trainings, etc) will be given added preference

Responsibilities
· Implementation of FSMS system in the plant & its documentation
· To ensure production in compliance with local and global laws and rules, Quality systems and Occupational Health and Safety Laws and rules
· Handling regulatory, customer audits and Suppliers audits
· RCA and CAPA of customer complaints
· Co-ordination with online QA team for the maintaining of quality during production.
· To follow the development of the employees under her/his responsibility, to evaluate and to plan by determining their needs,
· Being responsible for the control of the targets and the actions to be taken in case of deviation from the standard
· To detect deviations from the target by constantly monitoring the reports, to find the causes of positive deviations and to sustain them, to find the causes of negative deviations and to provide improvement,
· To be in contact with the relevant departments and to develop joint and innovative projects.
· Keeping the information exchange between all units and departments within the company at the highest level,
· Ensuring intensive communication between external organizations, regional units and other units of the company,
Requirement
· Preferably post graduated from Veterinarian Public Health or Livestock Product Technology or B. V. Sc. & A.H.

Electrical Engineer (Maintenance)
Job description
We are hiring an Electrical Engineer for Factory Maintenance of general electrical systems troubleshooting of components with individual capability to handle electrical projects and a team to support all division with hassle free working environment. Ideal candidate should be a licensed professional engineer and possess extensive experience as an electrical engineer.
Responsibilities:
· The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the general electrical plant and associated electrical systems
· He shall ensure that the electrical plant and associated systems are properly operated and maintained in accordance with the applicable regulations and company standards. The installation must at all times be in compliance with the regulations
· Supervise and coordinate the repair and maintenance performed by the electrical staff
· Communicate efficiently with the other departments to ensure the electrical systems are efficiently maintained and are available to ensure safe operation
· Approve the requisitions from any department for the purchase of electrical equipment to be used to ensure that it meets the electrical standards and codes
· The Electrical engineer must be familiar with the safety routines and ensure that the necessary safeguards are in place before any maintenance/repair work commences
· Must be familiar with the Class rules and industry standards and the implications of any modifications to electrical systems
· Must be familiar with the safety and environmental protection polices
Desired Candidate profile:
1. D.E.E./B.E. in Electrical Engineering (Higher grades will be given added preference)
2. Proven experience as Asst. Manager-Electrical in industry, with 8-12 years of total experience
3. Certifications, Licenses, Training for special skills in Electric systems from competent Govt. authority/O.E.M. will be given more preference.
