SENIOR ENGINEER – DESIGN
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Work as part of a team of design and manufacturing engineering staff to bring designs through prototyping and into serial production2. Support in creation of 3D models, 2D drawings and Bill of material3. Ensure implementation of best practice in creation of 3D & 2D 4. Support in Design activities including Request for Quotations, Design freeze / release &
Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis 5. Support in design changes on existing products & track design changes6. Develop innovative solutions to customer requirements for composite component designs7. Attend design reviews to understand design ideas and to discuss 8. Modify designs based on the analysis until design meets specification requirements 9. Contribute to continuous improvement activities10. Adhere to quality standard as per IATF requirement
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good exposure of exhaust system routing as per vehicle packaging.
- Good exposure on CATIVA V5 cad tool.
- Good exposure on 2d drawing creation & GD&T.
Qualifications B.E Mechanical or Equivalent
Experience3 ~ 5 years.

ENGINEER – PRODUCTION
Roles and Responsibilities
– Ensure safety of operators.
– Manage the responsibility of the entire operation of press shop
– To arrange RM and consumables from stores as per PPC plan to run line.
– To Make and update of all production related documents daily.
– Review the daily production Plan Vs Actual.
– To analyse and reduce the rejections.
– Updating of daily in process and in house rejections.
– To check daily customer plan and ensure parts are available in FG, if not arrange it from line.
– To review and monitor the production plan Vs actual monthly.
– To convey customer and in-house rejections to line operators every shifts basis.
– Make corrective actions for in-house and customer end rejections and ensure following in line.
– Ensure machines are running as per work standard /WPS parameter.
– To analyse the Down time and taking necessary actions to reduce minor & major losses.
– Daily updating of BOP/RM receipt from stores for reconciliation monthly.
– Make production entry in ERP shifts basis and monthly Inventory reconciliation.Maintain good housekeeping in line.
