Responsible for Supplier PPAP ,Claims & 8D handling.
Responsible for Supplier Audits – Technical & Process.
Cost of poor-Quality handling towards Suppliers.
Monitoring Supplier Performance & Development.
Responsible for New product development – quality,Projects – New sourcing & Localization.
Identify and communicate SPPAP requirements based on the risk assessment and be a part in supplier related projects.
Develop validation and risk mitigation plans. Manage execution of activities, data collection and analysis. Create and maintain engineering documentation including presentations, technical reports, lab test results, drawings, specifications, and PPAP.
