Job Description :
In this Position candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in Customer Support Executive Department. Also should have educational qualification as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company Expectation.
- Must be able to handle customer queries via chats/emails.
- Hands on experience in Non-Voice process would be an added advantage.
- Excellent in communication is mandatory.
- Freshers with very good communication can also apply
- Should be flexible to any shifts.
Preferred candidate profile:-
- Experienced/Fresher candidates with BPO experience is required.
- Should be flexible to any shifts, especially night shifts.
