Job Description :
- Primary data collection through interviews / interaction with various stakeholders Customers, Competition customers, Dealers, Implement manufacturers, Agri. Institutes etc.
- Build rapport and interact with tractor / Automobile / Product users, dealers, technicians, implement manufacturers and Agriculture research institutes
- Understand applications, trends and change in customer requirements
- Secondary research through internal and external data
- Ability to derive insights from findings of market study
- Closely follow-up with internal stakeholders for implementation of key findings, customer suggestions, feedback, etc.
Competency / Skill sets required
- Good understanding about tractors, implements and Knowledge on applications
- Multi-linguistic and ability to speak Hindi is a must; Fluency in any regional languages will be an added advantage (Marathi, Telugu, Kannada)
- Report writing and Presentation skills (Familiarity in using MS Excel, PowerPoint etc)
