Job Description :
In this Position candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in CNC Setter Department. Also should have educational qualification as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company Expectation.
- Understands details with regard to machine functions as explained by supervisor
- Runs machine for errors and implements minor corrective actions to ensure the machine is ready to produce before shift starts
- Escalates errors that require major corrective actions to the supervisor
- Understands program (G codes, M codes) and complete sequence of movement in the machine
- Runs the machine post-implementation of corrective actions
- Ensure handover of the machined part to the quality team for checks
ED interpretation
- Understands and interprets machine drawings in order to identify accurate placement of tools in the machine and respective dimensions in order to ensure smooth implementation of corrective actions
